History
Facilities - Accu-Therm® was founded in 1979 by two individuals well versed in the design and manufacture of tubular elements. Today Accu-Therm® has moved to a new facility of over 60,000 square feet.
The plant includes state of the art tubular heater manufacturing equipment. The well equipped machine shop has NC and CNC machine capability, and the welding department utilizes MIG, TIG, and SMAW for welding of ferrous and high nickel alloys used in the construction of circulation, flange, duct, and screw plug products.
Furthermore, the sssembly department has facilities for handling large heaters of all types. This department also includes an area for the assembly and testing of control panels.
Quality - The growth of Accu-Therm® was no accident. Accu-Therm® meets the needs of industry by supplying a quality product at a competitive price. This tradition continues today.
From the receipt of our vendors' material to shipping the final product, all facets of manufacturing are controlled by a well trained quality assurance department. We feel that quality is built into the product, not inspected into the product. |
