About Us
Facilities - Accu-Therm, lnc. was founded in 1979 by individuals well versed the design, engineering, and manufacturing of metal sheathed tubular heating elements. Since its inception Accu-Therrn, Inc. has continued to grow and expand. Today we are housed in a 60,000 square foot state of the art manufacturing facility with over 100 employees. This enables us to produce a quality product at a competitive price in a reasonable amount of time.
This facility uses state of the art machinery to provide a quality product at a reasonable price. Accu-Therm, lnc. produces elements in the following diameters: .200, .260, .315, .375, .430, and .475 from the one of a kind unit to the moderate to high volume order.
Our experienced tool designers can approach any design to provide a product that will meet the most demanding quality standards of this industry.
Furthermore, Accu-Therm® has UL and CSA recognition for its products for both Immersion and Air Heating applications.
Quality - The substantial growth of Accu-Therm® was no accident. Accu-Therm®'s growth stems from its ability to provide a well engineered quality product, at a competitive price.
Quality is built into our product; from the inspection of the raw materials that go into our product, to the in process quality control through all steps of manufacturing. Our quality assurance department continually monitors the product. Records are kept on our vendors' compliance as well as our production. In addition, testing instruments are checked at regular intervals with certified standards to insure the integrity of the product.
